WonderBoy wants to be a chatterbox. Lately, he's been puttering around the house and babbling, "diddle-diddle-diddle-diddle." It's his version of "doo-dee-doo," what he says when he's busy and happy.
I joke with him and say the old nursery rhyme: "Hey diddle-diddle/the cat in the fiddle/the cow jumped over the moon. The little dog laughed/just to see such a sight/and the dish ran away with the spoon."
Both kids just stare at me as if I've gone bonkers. "What are you saying Mom?" asks SuperKid. I admit that I have no clue what it means, it's just funny.
Moms can be weird.
